The app is not usable from a mobile device. If making updates, or wanting to work while away from a laptop 💻,no can do. I think this is a barrier when introducing potential or new clients to the platform. Love the whole concept, but need to be able to leverage phone or tablet in 2023😉

Yes agree, a mobile friendly version of GW 2.0 would be nice.  
I have the same issue, so I go to the browser's setting (3 dots) and allow the page to show as 'Desktop site'.
It may help you for a time being.
