It would be really helpful if there was a knowledge base that keeps us informed about things. Especially for those of us that have GW Agency. As they say, I don't know what I don't know and I keep getting caught off guard with my clients. As an example, my clients (and me) have the authority sites. I had no idea that my clients could only have 3 per account and that I could only have 5. And, to take this one step further, how do we use these sites? How do we teach our clients how to use / leverage them? Is there any training on this?

Same with how many campaigns they can have, how many credits they get, how do they buy additional credits, how much will it cost....

This kind of information is important to know so that we can properly inform our clients.

It would be great if there was one knowledge base we can go to. Right now, I just happened to stumble on the information or get tripped up by a client and have to dig to find out the answers. Proactive information flowing to us as Agency owners would be really, really helpful! This way we don't have to 'fly blind'! Thanks!
